This notice explains how High City Consulting Ltd uses information supplied by programme prospects and learners.
Who is responsible for your information

Information we may collect
- Contact details, current role, experience, programme goals and any optional comments you submit.
- Application answers, communication preferences and enrolment status.
- Payment status and transaction references. We do not intend to store full payment-card details.
- Attendance, submitted course work, assessment feedback and support requests.
- Accessibility or reasonable-adjustment information you choose to provide through the restricted support route.
- Optional feedback, testimonial and marketing-consent records.
- Basic website and form usage information where permitted.
How programme enquiries and guide requests are used
Details submitted through the programme-interest, programme-guide, career-guide and question forms are used to provide what you request, respond to your enquiry, follow up specifically about the AI-Ready Analyst Accelerator, assess programme suitability and maintain the programme prospect record.
Email and mobile number are required on these forms so that requested information and programme follow-up can be provided through the contact methods stated on the form. We do not publish or sell submitted details.

Who receives it
Initial enquiries are stored in the private High City Consulting programme back office. We use trusted providers for website hosting, forms, email delivery, payments, video meetings and course delivery. If you choose WhatsApp, Meta and WhatsApp process message information under their own privacy terms. We assess providers and use appropriate safeguards where information is transferred internationally.
We do not sell applicant or learner information.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful or incomplete application information is normally kept for no longer than 12 months. Core contract, payment and tax records may be kept for the legally required period. Course work and recordings have the access and retention periods stated in the enrolment information.
Programme contact and marketing
The forms clearly name High City Consulting, the AI-Ready Analyst Accelerator and the contact methods that may be used. By ticking the programme-contact box, you ask us to provide what you requested and follow up specifically about this programme by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp.
This programme-specific request does not give permission for unrelated offers or third-party marketing. We record the wording shown, when and where it was submitted, and the campaign source where available. You can opt out at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe route in marketing emails.
Optional advertising measurement and cookies
We use essential technology to operate and secure this website. Optional advertising tracking remains off unless you actively select Accept optional tracking.
If you accept, the Meta Pixel may record a page visit and whether a programme-interest, programme-guide, career-guide or question form was successfully submitted. These events help us understand which advertising is useful and improve campaign delivery. We do not include your form answers, comments, mobile number or email address in these Meta events.

Rejecting optional tracking does not affect access to the site, guide or programme enquiry form.
Your rights

Course and AI data rule
The programme uses synthetic course data. Learners must not upload employer, client, customer or other confidential personal information into the labs or generative-AI services used for course work.

This notice shows its effective date above. Material changes affecting enrolled learners will be communicated directly.
