Why this combination matters
Knowing one tool is useful. Being able to investigate a business problem, structure change, analyse the data and use AI with judgement is a more complete professional capability.
Discover the real problem, map processes, work with stakeholders and define useful requirements.
Turn questions into measures, use SQL to interrogate data and communicate what the evidence means.
Work more efficiently, verify outputs and identify where AI can create responsible business value.
Built for different career starting points
Entering the market
Learn how analyst work is actually done and create evidence you can discuss in applications and interviews.
Changing or cross-training
Connect experience from operations, projects, service, finance, technology or change to a clear analyst pathway.
Already a BA or analyst
Add SQL, data storytelling and AI-enabled ways of working while strengthening gaps in your core practice.
Professional evidence: learners who meet the completion standard receive a Certificate of Applied Completion and reviewed Capability Passport. These are programme credentials, not an accredited qualification.
The AI-ready analyst skill stack
The course preserves the essential foundations of business analysis and Agile, adds practical SQL and analytics, then layers AI across both everyday productivity and business opportunity.
Problem framing, stakeholders, discovery, process mapping, requirements, options, change impact and acceptance.
Work confidently with product owners and delivery teams from discovery through backlog, build and acceptance.
Translate business questions into measures, queries, quality checks, findings and clear recommendations.
Use AI to improve analyst workflows and evaluate where it can create value without outsourcing judgement.
Evidence, not just attendance
Across one realistic business case, you will move from an ambiguous problem to a supported recommendation. The result is a portfolio story with connected evidence—not a folder of disconnected exercises.
