August 2026 cohort programme terms

These are the programme details available while expressions of interest are open. Final contractual terms and cancellation information will be supplied before any payment is requested.

Provider

High City Consulting Ltd, company number 13141096, registered office 20–22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Contact: seyi.kusa@highcityconsulting.com.

Programme purchased

The AI-Ready Business & Data Analyst Career Accelerator August 2026 cohort runs for eight weeks from 18 August to 10 October 2026. The core live sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7–9 pm Europe/London. Saturday clinics from 11 am–1 pm are optional support sessions.

The programme fee is £1,195 per learner including UK VAT. A two-payment option totalling £1,250 including UK VAT may be offered. A VAT invoice will be provided. The programme will run with a minimum of six confirmed places.

Included

Not included or promised

The programme is professional development, not an accredited qualification. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, promotion, salary, professional registration or a particular commercial result.

Cancellation rights

Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights. For an online purchase, the order confirmation will explain the applicable cancellation period and provide a cancellation route that can be saved.

If a learner asks for services or digital materials to begin during a statutory cancellation period, checkout will obtain any express request or acknowledgement required by law. Where cancellation follows requested part-performance, the final reviewed terms will explain any lawful proportionate charge.

Proposed goodwill policy

Subject to final review, a learner who cancels at least seven calendar days before 18 August 2026 will receive a full programme-fee refund. Later cancellations may request one transfer to the next equivalent cohort, subject to availability. Statutory rights and exceptional circumstances are considered separately.

Cancellation or change by the provider

If the cohort does not reach six confirmed places, the provider may postpone or cancel it. A learner may accept the replacement dates or receive a full refund. If the provider cancels the programme and no acceptable replacement is offered, the programme fee will be refunded.

Minor changes to examples, session order or facilitators may be made where the published learning outcomes and overall service are preserved.

Learner responsibilities

Intellectual property

The provider retains rights in the programme materials, lab design and fictional capstone. Learners may use their own completed artefacts in a personal portfolio, provided they do not redistribute course materials or another learner’s work and do not present the fictional capstone as paid client work.

Career and post-programme support

CV/profile review, mock interview, community and onward clinics are limited to the entitlements and dates published for the cohort. They are educational support and do not create a recruitment, employment-agency, legal, HR or unlimited coaching service.

Conduct and removal

Serious harassment, unlawful activity, confidentiality breaches, system misuse or persistent disruption may lead to removal after a proportionate review. Any refund consequence must comply with applicable law and the final published policy.

Liability

The final version will contain reviewed, fair liability wording. Nothing will attempt to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or reduce statutory consumer rights.

Governing law and complaints

The final terms will confirm governing law and the complaints process after legal review. Programme concerns should first be sent to seyi.kusa@highcityconsulting.com.
